The french Collet champagne's house asked me to immerse myself in Christophe Aribert's world, chef ** of the restaurant Les Terrases in Uriage-les-Bains (38). Thirty drawings to depict his universe, his every day work. The opportunity for me to get deeper in my knowledge of the french gastronomy world, so multiple, demanding and exiting. The opportunity for the two of us to share wonderful moments around the ideas of pleasure and sharing that Christophe express by a cool attitude outside and a great inside demanding nature : the quality of the product's he uses and a top quality service that one's could expect for a Chef and his team. With this shared conviction we both had that one's always need to renew to create, in gastronomy as in arts. The watchword I had received from Christophe Aribert and the Collet house after " carte blanche" was "not classic". What else a drawer could ask for ?
